CSA Membership Policy — No Returns / No Refunds When you purchase a CSA share, you are investing directly in our farm’s growing season. Because this model relies on upfront support, CSA shares and weekly bags are non‑refundable.
Shares are transferable — if you cannot pick up your bag, you are welcome to send a friend, neighbor, or family member in your place.
By joining, members understand that a CSA is a shared‑risk, shared‑reward partnership with the farm. Weather, crop conditions, and seasonal variations may affect the contents of weekly bags, and members accept these natural fluctuations as part of the CSA experience.
